Brunch:
My favorite meal of the day. Unfortunately it's only available on the weekend, so it's important to make it count.
Honey's Sit 'N Eat (800 North 4th Street; 215-925-115) is a favorite for many, this girl included. The waits are long, but it's most definitely worth it.
Sabrina's (910 Christian Street, (215) 574-1599 & 1804 Callowhill Street, (215) 636-9061) is also another brunch spot that holds a dear place in my heart for their uniquely named menu items. I'm a fan of the "Pour Some Sugar on Me" Stuffed French Toast.
I would eat here every Sunday if it was possible. The Morning Glory Diner (735 S.10th St., 215-413-3999) is tops when it comes to brunch. Everything is fresh, local, and homemade. It's hard to pick just one thing off the menu.
Our neighbors, Spread Bagelry (262 S. 20th St., 215-545-0626) never disappoint with their aaaaamazing Montreal-style bagels. Feel free to top them with any of the delicious local and fresh spreads, and then wash it all down with a Bloody Mary from their BYOV service on the weekend. What could be better?
Just in time for Sunday brunch, stop by Arcadia and pick up the perfect Sunday Funday attire.
