Avocado is by far my favorite food, and  each serving of avocado provides nearly 20 vitamins! It is widely considered a vegetable, since it is commonly used in salads. However, it is actually a fruit that tastes like a vegetable. I'm so excited to visit California and eat avocado with every meal :) xoxo Betsy
