Rihanna's Takeover

Lately, it seems like Rihanna is absolutely EVERYWHERE. From her killer performances at major award shows to her controversial reconciliation with former flame Chris Brown, RiRi is a constant figure in the world of celebrity gossip. On top of her obvious musical success, the Barbadian beauty can now add designer and cosmetics creator to her list of achievements. On February 16, Rihanna unveiled her very first fashion collection for River Island during London Fashion Week... and the line was a hit! Here are a few looks from the show:

Along with her debut as fashion designer, Rihanna recently landed a beauty deal with MAC Cosmetics. Although this project is just in its beginning stages, I hope the singer's signature red lip will inspire a sweet line of lipsticks! All in all, Rihanna is proving to be much more than a pretty face with a kick ass voice- she's a fierce business woman with an awesome vision. Can't wait to see what's next from Rihanna!

Denim, Denim, Denim

I spent much of my Spring/Summers in high school outfitted in denim skirts. They were easy, breezy, and went with everything. Gone are the days where it was appropriate to wear denim that short, even Miz Britney Spears knows this (you too, Xtina). Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater just yet, denim skirts are back, but this time they're more refined, sophisticated, and polished.
